Team Members
Team members are volunteers who serve at a Tres Días weekend. Prayerfully consider these two commitments before volunteering to be a team member:
There is a team member fee of $200 to serve, which can be paid at a Tres Días meeting or over multiple meetings.
Please be committed to attending as many team meetings as possible.
Sponsors
Being a sponsor is a commitment not only to the candidate, but to the Tres Días and Fourth Day communities. Prayerfully consider these commitments before volunteering to be a sponsor:
You must know the candidate personally and be willing to step into their shoes as their sponsor for that weekend.
Be honest. Explain the basic format of the weekend and answer any question your candidate may have. Your candidate needs to know a weekend is a very busy and intensive learning experience.
It is the sponsor's responsibility to provide the candidate transportation to and from the campground, as well as to ensure the candidate's family and home matters are taken care of while they are away.
Sponsors are also responsible to coordinate with friends and/or family members of the candidate to attain letters that are written to the candidate. These are letters of encouragement, telling the candidate that they are thankful for them, how they see God’s grace in their life, and inspiring them to grow in the faith.
