About the Weekend Rectors

Men’s Spring Weekend #10

Dates: October 15–18, 2026

Rector: Josh Miller

Email: mens_rector@setd.info

We are excited to introduce Josh Miller as the Rector for the upcoming Men’s Tres Días Weekend, serving October 15–18, 2026.

The theme for the weekend is “See a Need, Meet a Need,” based on Philippians 2:3–4, which reminds us to walk in humility, value others above ourselves, and look not only to our own interests but also to the needs of those around us.

As Rector, Josh will lead the men’s team with a heart for service, encouragement, and Christ-centered community. This weekend's theme is a call to live out the love of Jesus in practical ways—by noticing others' needs and being willing to step forward in faith, compassion, and obedience.

Please join us in praying for Josh, the team, and the candidates attending this weekend. May God use this time to strengthen hearts, build lasting friendships, and remind each man of the joy and responsibility of serving others in the name of Christ.

Women’s Spring Weekend #10

Hello Sisters,

My name is Karen Blount. I experienced  Western Kentucky Tres-Dias #22, where I sat at the table of “Martha”. I worship and serve at Long Hollow Baptist Church in Gallatin, TN. I am the Mother of three beautiful Children: My daughter Courtney, who is 31, my two Sons, Nathaniel, 28, and my baby boy Zachary, who is now 20. I’m especially grateful that each of them has professed Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.  I am truly blessed, honored, and excited to serve as the woman’s Rector for Screaming Eagle Tres-Dias #10! Taking place October 22-25th, 2026.

The Vision the Lord has been downloading into my spirit,  and pressing upon my heart for this upcoming woman's walk, is “The Call To Arms”. A call to arms is defined as: A summons to engage in battle- a rallying cry to action, to gather your weapons and prepare for warfare. As Soldiers for Christ, we are called to both Spiritual and physical readiness as we labor to build God’s Kingdom.  The Lord has given us the authority, through the name of Jesus Christ and the anointing of the Holy Spirit, to push back the darkness of this world. This call requires believers - each one of us - to answer with a wholehearted “yes” in obedience, fully armored and equipped with every tool that he has provided. Our scripture theme 2 Timothy 2:3-4 (CSB)

“Share in the suffering as a good soldier of Christ Jesus. No one serving as a soldier gets entangled in the concerns of civilian life; He seeks to please the commanding officer.
